The star of this realization is a 6.74-carat blue London topaz, secured by 4 strong griffes on the sides.

The setting is specially designed to enhance the main stone, so brilliant-cut diamonds weighing 0.17 carats, F color and VS1 clarity are set along one side of the shank. The underside to the blue gem has a heart-shaped hole that allows light to pass through.
