Right of withdrawal

The customer who is not satisfied with the purchase made may exercise the right of withdrawal under the current legislation on distance selling, in particular Legislative Decree 21 of 2014 (Consumer Code) and must send by registered letter A.R. a notice to that effect within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the notice may be anticipated by e-mail to customer service info@fabioferro.eu

In any case, no refund will be issued by Fabio Ferro the Jewelry before receiving the goods subject to the same and having verified the characteristics for that procedure indicated below. The aforementioned right is subject to the following conditions: the products must not have been worn and must not show signs of wear, dents, abrasions or scratches that would affect the resaleability of the product in “New” condition. Products must be returned to the sender complete in all their parts including stones, pearls, gems, straps, accessories in general, box, warranty, certification card and any piece indicated as the shipping item and agreed with the customer at the time of delivery, and in any case received by the customer from Fabio Ferro the jewelry.

Returns must be made in a single shipment and never in separate shipments under penalty of forfeiture of the right itself.

We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES of any products purchased within the Jewelry – Watches – Piquadro Outlet or custom/tailored products.

 

Customized products

The Client is given the opportunity to put the bracelet of watches or the size of rings to size. In this case, the Customer must specify the wrist or finger size.

In cases of Customized Products, the shipping time mentioned in the above may be longer than the standard.

The right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED, in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c, of the Consumer Code, since these are custom-made Products.

The cost of return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer, and must be done in a secure, traceable and insured manner, using suitable packaging to protect the contents from accidental damage.

Fabio Ferro jewelry will reject any parcel for which any fee is charged by the courier or letter carrier either COD or postage of any kind.

Fabio Ferro the jewelry reserves the right not to accept the return of those products that do not comply with the previous conditions or show any signs of wear, damage, wearing or missing any part or accessory contained in the delivery shipment.

Fabio Ferro the jewelry will return to the customer, only in the case of condition of the goods equal to that of the goods at the time of shipment and together with their packaging, what was previously paid in settlement of the transaction in question within 15 working days exclusively through the same mode of payment used during the purchase.

No words shall appear on the packaging in the return shipment of jewelry to Fabio Ferro that would in any way infer the valuable contents of the same. The package must be properly sealed and sent to the address listed as the sender in the arrival shipment, i.e.: Fabio Ferro i Gioielli via Broli, 4- 36025 Noventa Vicentina -VI- The package or envelope must be properly sealed with parcel tape signed in all potentially violable parts in order to make the package unique and unrepeatable. Fabio Ferro the jewelry is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the returned goods and in the case of obvious tampering of the package upon its receipt as a return, the same will be rejected to give the customer the opportunity to retaliate against the carrier and thus give way to the insurance procedure of the courier or the post office. Fabio Ferro jewelry is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of returned products and therefore all risk remains with the customer.

Accepting orders

Each Purchase Contract entered into between the Website and the Customer shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance of the order by fabioferro.eu.

Fabioferro.eu has the right to accept or not, at its own discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason whatsoever, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order. Fabioferro.eu’s acceptance shall be deemed to be tacitly released, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer within 48 hours of placing the order, by means of an e-mail message sent to the address provided by the Customer.
