Private Buyers

All private purchasers from countries outside the EEC are allowed to purchase excluding VAT.

At the time of purchase, you must request a Tax Free Invoice from the retailer immediately after making payment (VAT is initially paid and then refunded to the GlobalBlue office).

Step-by-step procedure to apply for TAX FREE bill:

1. Contact Fabio Ferro at info@fabioferro.eu anticipating the need for the tax-free invoice;
2. Proceed with the order by paying the full amount, and send the front and back passport to the above email;
3. Receive the item and invoice tax free;
4. Contact a GlobalBlue office with the document for a refund of the VAT paid when ordering.

Companies Located in European Community

A company located in the European community can apply for VAT-exempt purchase . It is necessary to send the VAT number and various contact details before the order to the email info@fabioferro.eu, so as to verify the reliability and eventually prepare the tax-exempt document.
