YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM IN THE 14 DAYS FOLLOWING THE RECEPTION DATE
To proceed with the return of the product, send an email with the order number and the reason for the return. Inside the package, enter the data for the refund or any code of the replacement item and arrange for the shipment of the object by traceable courier communicating the tracking number. The refund will be made in the same way in which the product was paid by deducting any costs of the cash on delivery (€ 4.90) or any shipping cost.
The return will be accepted only if in perfect condition as shipped, therefore not used and with the same complete package in all its parts.
Attention: Returns cannot be accepted for items ordered in agreement and on commission with the customer, or custom-made jewels with a written quote (commissioned rings such as wedding rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces of our handmade production). Returns or exchanges of all products purchased on sale or in outlets are not accepted.
